Description

This retrofit kit of standoffs enables you to use your existing LGA1200/LGA115x Retention brackets and backplates for Elite Capellix coolers with the new Intel ‘Alder Lake-S’ processors that require socket LGA1700 mounting kits. This kit does not come with the brackets or backplate necessary for LGA1200/115x/1700 installation.

A: Below is the compatibility list
For Intel LGA1700 support:
CW-8960091 will work with the following SKUs except for H45.
The H100/115/150 PRO RGB (33/32/31-WW) : EOL SKUs not supported for LGA1700.

Platinum & Platinum SE (38/39/42-WW) will work with CW-8960091 as well.

A500 currently does not support LGA1700.
The new LCD cooler H100i/150i/170i ELITE LCD comes with LGA1700 support. No need to purchase extra accessories.
