Coronavirus (COVID-19) – March 23rd 2020

Things are moving quickly now around the nation and here in Western Australia

We are following all directives from the Australian government and health experts in an effort to reduce the spread of the virus.

In order to help protect the health and well-being of our staff and valued customers we will making changes to our store and how we operate during this time.

We recommend that customers call or to email us and we will respond as soon as possible. Where possible we will return phone calls, however we recommend if you can not reach us on the phone to email us –

We will be operating differently and this how it will currently operate (subject to change)

How we’re operating differently:

– Restricting access to parts of the store.

– Ensuring our physical stores are being cleaned and disinfected regularly

– Hand sanitiser will be available

– Yellow tape line on the floor to measure the recommended 1.5m (MINIMUM) of social distancing between staff and customers.

– No price matching from other stores.

– Prices are changing often due to constant change of stock supply and currency (big changes daily). Therefore quotes reduced are reduced to 4:30pm Daily.

– Systems may take longer than usual. Please expect minimum 5 days. If we can get done sooner, we will.

– COMPUTER Repairs where possible will still be done, however longer repair times will happen. Expect 5 days as a minimum. Obviously if we can do it sooner, we will.

– Social distancing will be enforced at all stores. A maximum on the number of people allowed in a store exists. You will be asked to queue outside until there is adequate safe space for you to go inside.

– Our staff are wearing masks and gloves, this is a preventative measure to help reduce potential COVID19 spread.

– No longer accepting change of mind returns. Please make sure any purchases are the correct ones.

WE Strongly recommend you place your orders online and have it delivered. Please ensure someone is to receive the order/s. We use various couriers and postal services to make this happen.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND That you call us before coming to our store.

Also if you are currently ill or have been in contact with anyone who has returned from overseas or interstate in the past 14 days or been in contact with someone has been diagnosed with COV-19. to please not visit our store for staff and other customer health and safety.
