EMPLOYMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Technical

ROLE: FULL TIME Tech

Store: Melville

Duties will include:

  • Computer Repair/Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and Fault finding
  • Answering technical and customer service telephone enquiries
  • Processing Warranty claims (RA's) and working with Supplier service departments
  • Assist with Sales when required

Successful applicants will (have) :

* Minimum 1 year experience in a technical services role
* Certifications are not necessary, but are highly regarded.
* High level experience with all current Windows consumer operating systems
* Have a excellent understanding of computer components and hardware
* Experience in diagnosing and removing virus infections and malware infections in a systematic manner
* Excellent communication skills are essential (verbally and in written form)
* Be able to use initiative and lateral thinking skills to resolve problems
* Have the ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
* Attention to detail is imperative and will ensure success in this role
* Be able to follow set procedures, processes and guidelines

Other Notes: Storm Computers operates 7 days a week, so you Will be required to also work some weekend days.
